Over the summer, I kept my eyes open for some good tidbits from Jensen Ackles work in the stage production of “A Few Good Men”. Alas, I found little to cheer about.

Supernatural’s premiere novelization, “Supernatural: Nevermore“, arrived on shelves August 1. Krysta spotted blogger Jon Lachonis, Senior Writer at BuddyTV, spilling some spoilage and more than wondering if Episode 2 will offer an age-old plot staple: the Fake Out.

We don’t have much yet on episode 2, in the spoiler details world. On the broad look, we know the title (“The Kids Are Alright”), and that Sam and Dean are hunting changelings that are targeting mothers and their children. On the details we do have news from SpoilerFix.com that Dean will meet up with an erstwhile one night stand, Lisa, and her eight-year-old son, Ben.

Ruby, the Sam and Dean Winchester’s rough-edged counterpart, who has been half of the Supernatural buzz for the last month, makes her appearance in the season opener.
People Magazine online has posted a gallery of not-so-single celebrity men. The photos are purportedly from their single days, but I’ll leave that for you to check out yourself on People.com.
Only one more week until the Ninth Annual Teen Choice Awards. This year, as the Charlotte Observer notes, Jared Padalecki appears along with other “demo favorites”. Last year, Jensen Ackles was one of the DFs who presented awards at the ceremony.

Ben Edlund also spoke to Movie Web about Season 3. He opens up a bit about the supposed season opener on The Seven Deadly Sins.
Erik Kripke, creator of Supernatural answers questions about the show, the characters, and hints at the show’s direction for Season 3. When asked, he even allows that a feature could be in Sam and Dean’s future.

Comic-Con 2007 took place July 24-27. Jensen Ackles answered questions about the show, Season 3, demon-proofing the Impala, weaponry, and the fact that his character supposedly only has one year to live.
