Supernatural 3.02 “The Kids Are Alright” Info from The CW

Dean (Jensen Ackles) pressures Sam (Jared Padalecki) into visiting Cicero, Indiana, so he can visit an old flame named Lisa (guest star Cindy Sampson), he had a tryst nine years ago. However, Dean is stunned when he meets not only Lisa again, but also her 8-year old son Ben (guest star Nicholas Elias), who bears a striking resemblance to him.
However, Ben soon goes missing and Sam and Dean discover that a Changeling, a demonic parasite, is snatching kids from the small town and assuming their form. Meanwhile, Ruby (Katie Cassidy) makes contact with Sam and reveals some startling information about his mom.

This is just a synopsis, so which spoilers and rumors do you believe? Ben… Dean… hmmmm? Is it just a demon messing with their minds? Or both?

Both Jensen Ackles and Eric Kripke think that Dean being mixed in with a woman on every port is funny…maybe its a man thing…but I think its ashame and now he wonders if this kid is his…we all know it aint so…so here we have Mr. Kripke thinking that SPN fans are airheads. I thought that with papa John being so military that he had raised his boys to be careful and OMG use rubbers. very dissappointed.
I do believe that Ben is Dean’s son. ahahaha! But from the story Lisa confessed that Ben is not Dean’s. so i guess, that’s it.
SO FAR Iam very dissapointed by the CWs changes to the show and I feel that Mr.Kripke no longer has control….the additions of the 2 regular Thursday Night Girls…and their pics and promos has proven this. But its a religion in hollywood to take something new and just perfect and bury it to the ground until as a viewer you no longer recognize what you are now seeing. Supernatural was about Sam and Dean chasing evil across America. Now its become a weak and Dying Dean…a non-psychic useless Sammy and two regular female demon huntressess. It s now the Ruby and Bela show.

I hope the promo is just that –a promo. Erik Kripke can gain our trust by keeping the best writers, and remembering why we loved the show in the first place. I know he can.
Maybe they’re just setting us up for a happy surprise. We’ll see, assuming someone comes back to write the rest of the season soon.
I really do hope that the girls aren’t actually staying on the show. I agree with Ozzie, it is more interesting to watch Dean and Sam fight evil instead of watching an dramatizing soap opera. Come on, Dean and Sam are the main characters. They wouldn’t kill off either of them. So the whole Dean dying and angsty Sam is a real downer. I really hope they go back to the way before.

I really hope they go back to the origins too. When have you heard about a Deamon helping anyone? or such a thing? they are just evil, and wouldn’t do anything for free. The idea of the show was to see Dean and Sam fighting the deamons not making aliances with them.
About Ben, I think it might be kind of a soap opera, but, is not that bad to see the tender side of Dean from time to time, so this can be something to use later on the show. I would really love that they confirm in the future this is his son. I guess that Dean and Sam are not gonna live forever and someone has to keep fighting the evil after them.
