“P.S. I Love You” with Jeffrey Dean Morgan in Theaters December 21

P.S. I Love You by Cecilia Ahern - Book on CD

Only three more weeks until the new movie “P.S. I Love You” hits theaters. In a strong departure from John Winchester in Supernatural, Jeffrey Dean Morgan features as a man in Holly Kennedy’s (Hilary Swank) life following the untimely death of her husband Jerry.

As much as I’ve tried, I haven’t found any good information on how much Jeffrey Dean Morgan is really in this movie. No synopses tell who William is. His face pops up in a trailer, but it’s unclear whether he’s a friend, a love interest, or just the husband of one of Holly’s friends.

The film is based on the best-selling novel by Irish author Cecilia Ahern. Though I’ve read one bad review, calling it immature and ill-researched, the trailers and plot synopses paint a picture that seems compelling, and will require an entire box of tissues.
