As expected, tonight’s Supernatural was very tense and exciting. Of course, the time is here, and Dean has the Lilith to pay.
With 30 hours to go, Dean dreams of running from hellhounds. Sam tells him that Bobby has a way to find Lilith. Dean sees Sam’s face in some kind of demonic form.

I can’t wait for the season finale of Supernatural, No Rest for the Wicked. This promises to be so packed with action and emotional energy, a few diehard fans might explode on the couch. So, I’m picking up some plastic sheeting; a good supply of soda, Funyuns, and pizza rolls; and setting up a few simultaneous digital and VHS recordings, before the action begins Thursday at 9PM ET/PT, 8PM CT/MT.

Supernatural fans may know that Jensen Ackles first read for the part of Sam, in the early days of casting the show. Now, thanks to demonicayngel, one of the attendees of Creation Entertainment’s Salute to Supernatural 2008: L.A., this weekend, shares a video of Jensen Ackles telling how he would have done it!

Episode 3.15 – Time Is On My Side

This episode is the first real jump into dealing with Dean’s contract.
With only a week left for Dean, Sam tries any new angle he can to save his brother.
We meet a new hunter, who, according to writer Sera Gamble, is a “paranoid survivalist”.

Despite spoilers to the contrary (see Sera Gamble interview), Samantha Ferris’ blog reports that Ellen Harvelle will not likely return, this season. Apparently, the offer that the producers gave her could “cost her money and work”. I can only speculate that she means that the time that they would need her, for just a few minutes, in one episode would have paid her considerably less than the work she could do in the time that the shooting would keep her away from other work. TV Guide Canada, yesterday lists their picks for TV’s Top Ten Steamiest Love Scenes. Number Five on the list: Sam and Madison’s love scene in the werewolf episode from Season Two, Heart.
Of course, Carrie and Big from Sex in the City was way up there, too. They also didn’t forget Nathan and Haley’s “make-up” scenes from One Tree Hill.

Firefox News had an email chat with Supernatural’s writer extraordinaire, Sera Gamble. She talks freely about being on strike, and having the chance to write without staying in the bounds of wide marketability.
Gamble also spills some spoilers for the rest of the season, as well as her thoughts on the potential for Season Four. That nagging question about Ruby and Bela, and the fans’ strong feelings about them.
