Recently, we’ve discovered that Amy Acker, friend to evil-fighting vampires and erstwhile guest star on Supernatural (episode 1.03 Dead in the Water), is going to take part in Joss Whedon’s new show Dollhouse. Joss Whedon confirmed that Ms. Acker will portray Dr. Claire Saunders. Amy Acker was brilliant in her seventy episodes on Angel. I am very excited to see her as a regular on the small screen again, especially working with Joss Whedon. They are both amazing. I’m a huge fan on both counts.

Joss Whedon. Believe it or not, there may be Americans who don’t have any idea who this man is. When the man calls for support for any cause, however, he has many friends, who are ready, and more than willing to help.
Supernatural, and erstwhile Angel and Firefly, producer/writer, Ben Edlund, was one of Joss’ friends who came to stand up for the WGA writers’ strike, recently. After Fox’s brutal cancellations of numerous projects by Joss Whedon and Tim Minear, usually right after their core fans become mesmerized by the storylines, the two are giving it another shot.
